Your SurferMonitor Console displays who is on your site right now. What page they are on, which pages they have surfed and which search engine brought them there.

Receive chat requests from your site surfers. A default Live Chat image will appear on your site once you turn on the feature and enter an operator name.

Each surfer on your site is monitored and the number of pages viewed by each is displayed. Check out our screenshots.

Each surfer's details will show a list of all pages they have surfed. Not just URL links, but links with your own page titles. You can also click on each link to display the page in a new browser window.

SurferMonitor captures the IP address of every surfer. IP addresses can be used to identify location and provider. IP Addresses can also be used by law enforcement to help prosecute fraud cases.

Each surfer is monitored from the moment they hit your site. Details show how long ago the visitor first landed on your site and how long it's been since they hit the last page.

Which search engine is working best for you? Now you can tell at-a-glance which one brought each visitor to your site. Search Engine icons display which one was the referrer and simply clicking the icon will tell you which keywords were used. Select from a list of different ringtones to notify you when a new chat request comes in. Louder tones for a busy warehouse-type environment or softer tones for a quiet office environment.

Choose from several Live Chat icons to display on your website. You can even design and submit your own or have us design a custom icon for your site.

Get answers to frequently asked questions to your visitors quickly by setting up auto-replies. Simply select the appropriate reply while in a chat session and the entire text is sent to the visitor. No need to retype the same information every time.

Geolocation provides you with a narrowed geographical location of each visitor. Rather than simply knowing what country, you can pinpoint the city and state or province.
